1. Balance test

The fan blade is an important component of the cooling fan, and its balance directly affects the stability of the fan operation. Imbalance may cause vibration, noise, wear and shortened life. Use active, passive or fully automatic balancing machines to detect the imbalance amount and angle, and make timely corrections to ensure the smooth operation of the fan.

2. Electrical performance test

Electrical performance is a prerequisite for ensuring the normal operation of the cooling fan. By testing key parameters such as current, voltage, speed, wind pressure, and air volume, ensure that all indicators meet production requirements. The performance tester can test with one click, automatically generate reports, and label qualified products to ensure product traceability.

3. Mechanical performance test

The mechanical performance mainly tests whether the fan has dead angles, abnormal vibrations or noise. Through vibration spectrum analysis and noise testing, defective products are identified and screened in time to ensure that there is no bad vibration or noise that does not meet the standards when the fan is running.

4. Aging test

Aging test evaluates the durability and reliability of cooling fans in long-term use. The fans are placed in extreme environments to monitor their voltage, current, speed and other performance to find potential defects and ensure the long-term stability of the product.

5. Appearance test

The appearance test checks whether the product's size, frame, length, width, etc. meet the design requirements, avoids scratches, burrs and other problems, and ensures that each fan has a flawless appearance.
