To obtain a larger air volume, the most direct method is usually to increase the revolutions per minute of the motor or to increase the aerodynamic angle of attack of the blades. However, both approaches lead to a sharp surge in airflow velocity, causing the airflow on the blade surface to separate and form a large number of vortices. These vortices collide and friction violently within the confined fan housing, transforming into high-frequency or low-frequency harsh noise. Faced with this embarrassing situation where the air volume is sufficient but the noise exceeds the limit, if one simply reduces the voltage or restricts the rotation speed to lower the noise, the air volume will inevitably suffer a catastrophic drop, thereby failing the customer's rigorous thermal power dissipation tests. This undoubtedly led into a double-bind conventional technical dead end.


2.Innovative Breakthrough of China Chungfo Fan factory: Reconfiguring Airflow via Customized Blade Replacement

Faced with this seemingly irreconcilable contradiction, the engineering expert team at China Chungfo Fan factory chose not to compromise, but decided to break the deadlock from the nature of fluid mechanics by completely redesigning the core aerodynamic components.
